贾宗达，天驰君泰律师事务所上海分所高级合伙人

贾宗达律师，1988年毕业于北京大学，获法学学士学位；2012年获复旦大学EMBA硕士学位；2015年获香港城市大学DBA博士学位；天驰君泰上海分所高级合伙人。贾宗达律师自2008年开始执业以来，一直专注于并购领域，擅长处理复杂的公司并购与重组法律事务，在境内并购和跨境并购等方面均拥有丰富的经验。

Mr Zongda Jia, graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor's degree in Law in 1988, obtained a Master's degree in EMBA from Fudan University in 2012, and obtained a Doctorate degree in DBA from City University of Hong Kong in 2015; he is also a senior partner of Tiantai Law Firm Shanghai office. Since 2008, Mr. Jia has been focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), specialising in complex M&A and restructuring legal affairs, and has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

陈聪，天驰君泰律师事务所主任，担任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）、北京仲裁委员会（BAC）、上海仲裁委员会（SHAC）和中国足球协会纠纷解决委员会（CFA）的仲裁员。陈律师在仲裁和诉讼方面拥有丰富的实践经验，尤其擅长处理商业合同、公司、汽车制造、建筑与房地产、投资与金融等领域的纠纷。

Mr. Cong Chen is CEO and Senior Partner of Beijing Tiantai Law Firm. He is also serving as an arbitrator for China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC) and the Dispute Resolution Committee for Chinese Football Association (CFA). Mr. Chen has extensive practical experience in arbitration and litigation, especially the disputes arising from areas of commercial contracts, corporations, automobile manufacturing, construction & real estate, investments and finance.

Edwina has 12 years of experience in the field of legal and compliance across many industries namely Legal Consultancy (law firms), Infrastructure, Energy, Consumer Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals. Currently she is Indonesia Legal Head for GlaxoSmithKline Indonesia where she manages legal and external affairs relating to the manufacturing and commercialization activities of pharmaceutical products such as prescription drugs as well as paediatric and adult vaccines.

Josef Sunario is a legal professional with over fifteen years of experience in various industries. He had been entrusted with various roles: associate at Bahar & Partners, legal manager of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, senior counsel at Chevron Indonesia, and legal head of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (a member of Zuellig Pharma). Currently, Josef is the Group Head (VP) of Legal Affairs of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia, a holding company of several independent power producers operating in Indonesia. Josef graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran and earned his Master Degree (LL.M.) from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, Dallas (USA).
